Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 21 November 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your relationship with RapportTech ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding the use of our websites (rapporttech.co.uk, fromexperttomanager.com, and fromexperttomanager.support) and the purchase of our training, coaching, and consulting services and products.
PART A: TRAINING, COACHING, AND CONSULTING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
These terms apply specifically to delegates and clients booking courses, workshops, or purchasing training services.
1. Price and Payment
- 1.1 Payment Terms: Payment is accepted by bank transfer, debit, or credit card. Invoiced amounts are due and payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
- 1.2 Late Payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices from the due date at the rate of 1% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.
- 1.3 Purchase Orders: If a purchase order (PO) is required for payment, it is the delegate's/client's responsibility to ensure RapportTech has the full details and agreed PO before products or services are supplied.
- 1.4 Securing Places: Attendance is secured only when full payment has been received. Places are limited and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be received prior to programme commencement.
- 1.5 Deposits: Any deposit paid to secure a course reservation is non-refundable. Full payment is due two months before the course starts.
- 1.6 Fee Differences: We are not liable to refund fee differences that may arise due to delegates booking at different times or under different promotional rates (e.g., group bookings).
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- 2.1 Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation, an administration charge will be incurred to cover costs. This is equivalent to 40% of the course cost.
- 2.2 Late Cancellation: If a cancellation or transfer is received less than 10 working days before the course, or if a delegate fails to attend, 100% of the course fees are forfeit.
- 2.3 Insurance: Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance to cover any course cancellation charges.
3. Course Logistics and Conduct
- 3.1 Changes: RapportTech reserves the right to change venues, dates, trainers, or the number of delegates to accommodate individual needs and unforeseen circumstances.
- 3.2 Time of Delivery: Times specified for delivery are estimates only and shall not be of the essence of the contract. We are not liable for loss or costs caused by changes to dates or venues.
- 3.3 Conduct: We reserve the right to require anyone to leave the course if, in our opinion, they are unlikely to benefit from it or may inhibit the learning of others.
- 3.4 Recording: Workshops are occasionally recorded and photographed. RapportTech reserves the right to use this material for marketing without seeking the delegate’s specific permission.
- 3.5 Accommodation if included in the course fee: Course payment does not guarantee a residential place. If a room is unavailable, we will endeavour to assist the delegate in finding alternative accommodation.
